"Our summer stay at Dolphin Island was one of the most magical holiday experiences we've ever had. From the moment you arrive - the island feels like your own personal sanctuary. From the gorgeous gardens, the golden beach, the reef teaming with sea life, and the stunning sunsets - you are surrounded by natural beauty. Dawn and her team could not have looked after us better. The food was delicious - fresh and varied, and beautifully presented. The attention to detail and the care the entire staff took of us was exceptional. We cannot wait to return. Vinaka!"
 
 

Firstly the staff were more than wonderful from Susan to Dawn and absolutely all the others. We were moved by the efforts they went to to make our stay so fantastic.

Tombe's kindness guiding to the hill top shelter and concern for me when he thought I had fallen out of the canoe. Pauly and all his work on the beach and watersports. Asari's laughter and fishing with Henry. William baking with Dawn. The amazing visit from the Fijian village. The fijian cooking on the fire, the bbq on the beach. The fireworks. It was all so amazing. What struck me was that none of the staff had to do any of this but they all did and with such enthusiasm. 

The house reef was exquisite and the best coral I have seen. The family all loved the boating, sailing and canoeing and snorkelling.

It was so special to spend time with just our family reconnecting with each other. Life these days seems so different to how it used to be and for children growing up the internet, I think spoils their lives. Nature and time with one another takes a back seat in everyday life but on Dolphin Island we were able to embrace these special things again. 

Dawn was so brilliantly cheerful and a delight to chat to as were all the team. Everyone was so genuine i was very taken by the Fijian people and there kindness. 

The food was out of this world it really was. We have never tasted food like it and we have been to some very special michelin starred restaurants in the passed such as le manoir in Oxford, The fat Duck in Bray (Blumenthal), Le petite Ferme Francschoek and I can say with out reservation that Dawns meals were way better.

The decor, location and homestead were beautiful and reminded us very much of Grande Provence. I think Dawn mentioned our stay there and my brother works at Journeys end vineyard.

It is a very special place, I am so glad I stumbled upon it and spent that bit extra for memories that we will never forget it was a real treat for us. We thankyou all from the bottom of our hearts. Hopefully one day we will meet again.

The staff at Dolphin managed by "the exceptional" Dawn are all super stars. Fijians are well known for their warm, hospitable and friendly service, but the Dolphin staff took this reputation to another level.

Dawn, Max and Paul particularly were stand out performers supported by all the other Dolphin family members.

During our eleven night stay we received uncompromised, attentive and exemplary service. It was a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Dawn and Bunny's cooking was amazing, complimented by Max's skill in the bar.

Thank you so much for the best family holiday ever, so much to do and nothing to do whatever worked for us each day.

Island hopping, snorkelling, visiting a local market and eating what we purchased with Dawn was an authentic experience and lots of photo ops for the social media posts - very important to some.

After the craziness of planning a big wedding this was the perfect spot to share the island with no one else - but each other
